Key Responsibilities:
- Transform Service Provider requirements into effective telco cloud architectures for VNF/CNF and MEC workloads.
- Provide technical pre-sales consulting and design comprehensive telco-grade open-source multi-tenant private clouds.
- Identify and resolve software defects during customer deployments.
- Implement advanced Service Provider Cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code techniques.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and engage in architectural discussions to ensure successful implementation.
- Extract insights from customer interactions to inform product improvements and shape our telco roadmap.
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of telco NFVi, VIM, NFVO, VNFM, and MEC technologies.
- Familiarity with telco architecture standards and at least one domain of Mobile Packet Core, Private Network, or RAN.
- Proficient in Linux, Networking, OpenStack, and Kubernetes, with Python skills for automation.
- A collaborative mindset focused on customer success and the ability to manage complex projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for business needs.
