Finni Health is excited to announce openings for passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in both part-time and full-time capacities. Our organization provides high-quality ABA services to neurodivergent individuals aged 1–18 in Boise and the surrounding Treasure Valley area. We prioritize compassion, clinical excellence, and individualized treatment programs that enhance communication, social skills, and independence.
Compensation: Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, with an annual performance-based bonus potential of up to $28,000, bringing total earnings to between $70,000 and $108,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
- Implement and monitor behavior plans
- Collaborate with families and professionals
- Train parents and caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Engage in team meetings and case discussions
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience in in-home ABA services
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
