Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of client roles. This individual contributor position involves significant hands-on work, allowing you to take full responsibility for the searches and clients you handle. The role is completely remote.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including kickoff calls, role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and placements.
• Serve as the primary contact for your clients, fostering strong working relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct kickoff meetings to clarify role expectations, criteria, and timelines with clients.
• Utilize a blend of traditional recruiting and AI-driven tools to efficiently source and assess candidates.
• Manage candidate communications and pipelines, ensuring all parties are kept informed.
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate the process to secure placements.
• Proactively identify and communicate any challenges or opportunities to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and other recruitment systems.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage the recruitment process from client engagement to placement.
• Familiarity with AI tools for various recruitment tasks.
• Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a remote workload.
• Able to collaborate across time zones with a distributed team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in tech and sales recruiting.
• Knowledge of modern ATS platforms and recruitment CRM tools.
• Background in agency or staffing environments.
