Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for all open roles.
- Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for streamlined hiring processes.
- Ensure fast and efficient candidate triaging and progress tracking.
- Develop effective closing strategies to achieve high offer acceptance rates.
- Analyze hiring metrics and continuously refine our recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles in a demanding environment.
- Strong written communication skills for engaging senior technical candidates.
- Proven track record of running a successful hiring function.
- Ability to manage third-party recruitment partners effectively.
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting to drive hiring improvement.
