Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in attracting and retaining top talent across various functions, collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from job intake to onboarding.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to build a talent pipeline for current and future positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and foster strong working relationships.
• Support HR initiatives by recommending process improvements.
• Assist in employee relations and facilitate performance management.
• Help implement HR policies and programs to enhance growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, both in-house and agency.
• Ability to think creatively in sourcing and managing candidates.
• Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
