The Role

We are seeking a Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment for various client roles. This role is focused on individual contributions rather than management, requiring hands-on involvement in all aspects of recruitment, with complete ownership of your assigned searches and client relationships. This position is fully remote.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including kickoff calls, role definition, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering strong relationships during the recruitment journey.
• Conduct kickoff meetings to clarify role specifications, hiring criteria, and timelines with clients.
• Utilize a blend of conventional recruiting techniques and AI tools for effective candidate sourcing and assessment.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and facilitate communication, ensuring transparency for both clients and candidates.
• Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth process until the offer is signed and the candidate is placed.
• Proactively identify and communicate any issues or opportunities to clients and stakeholders.
• Keep precise and current records in the ATS and other recruitment systems.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven capability in managing the recruitment process from kickoff to placement.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for various recruitment tasks.
• Strong ownership mentality, accountability for results, and excellent relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and organized, able to function effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience working across time zones with a distributed team.

Preferred:

• Experience in tech and sales recruitment.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and recruitment CRM systems.
• Background in agency or staffing environments.
