Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to take charge of full-cycle recruitment for various client roles, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination leading to placement. This individual contributor role emphasizes hands-on involvement, requiring ownership of your assigned searches and client relationships. Collaboration with the recruitment team lead and direct client interaction will be essential, utilizing our internal tools for efficiency.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for designated client roles, from sourcing to placement.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and communication processes.
- Develop and oversee talent pipelines within LatAm and South Africa.
- Maintain accurate Cost & Salary Calculator and shortlist trackers.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and candidates regarding progress.
- Identify and address process inefficiencies independently.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience, with full-cycle expertise.
- Proficient in AI tools used in daily recruitment tasks.
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and spreadsheet tracking.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented with high energy and professionalism.
- Strong ownership and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced startup environments.
