Role Overview:
In the role of Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the entire recruitment process for a set of client positions. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through to their placement. Collaborating closely with the recruitment team lead and clients, you will leverage our internal tools, such as Ashby and various AI sourcing applications, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for designated roles, from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Utilize AI tools for efficient sourcing and candidate communication.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines in Latin America and South Africa.
• Ensure the Cost & Salary Calculator and tracking systems are current and precise.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients and candidates regarding status updates.
• Identify and address process inefficiencies, suggesting improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficient use of AI tools in daily workflow.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and spreadsheet management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Nice to Have:
Experience in startup, tech, or remote-first recruitment and knowledge of EOR hiring concepts is a plus.
