Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Psychology-related field.
- Experience in recruiting within technology or consulting sectors.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or statistical analysis.
- Expertise in behavioral and competency-based interviewing, with the ability to train others.
- Excellent personal organization and self-motivation for remote work.
- Willingness to travel for company events 2-4 times a year.
