Overview:

As the Chief of Staff, you will partner closely with an experienced entrepreneur to foster business growth and enhance investment strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with the entrepreneur in strategic decision-making and planning.
- Venture Capital Oversight: Manage a pre-seed venture capital fund, overseeing fundraising, investment processes, and stakeholder relations.
- Company Development: Assist in creating and validating new business models, leading to the establishment of new enterprises.
- Wealth Management: Formulate and implement investment strategies, with a current emphasis on real estate.
- Operational Coordination: Work with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Project Management: Lead cross-departmental projects, maintain timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of investment experience, particularly in startups or real estate.
- Strong legal and financial knowledge, especially regarding contracts and investment frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex information assessment and decision-making.
- Proactive self-starter capable of driving projects independently.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for venture capital and hands-on problem-solving.
- Fluency in both German and English with excellent communication skills.
