Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Collections Officer who values accountability and has a strong sense of discipline. This role requires active fieldwork focused on customer interactions to ensure prompt loan recoveries. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients with active and overdue loans.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to customers for payment follow-ups.
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
• Engage customers assertively yet professionally to emphasize repayment responsibilities.
• Identify high-risk accounts for escalation when necessary.
• Keep precise records of all interactions and recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance portfolio performance.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in collections, field operations, or credit recovery (experience in fintech or microfinance is advantageous). Strong negotiation skills, confidence, resilience, and professionalism in difficult conversations are essential. Willingness to work extensively in the field is required.
