Position Overview: The Inventory Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and efficient space usage in all fulfillment centers. This role is the primary custodian of physical stock, ensuring consistency between system records and actual inventory, while actively working to reduce stock loss, aging, and discrepancies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement inventory audit programs, including daily cycle counts and periodic audits.
- Analyze and address stock variances, implementing corrective actions.
- Manage inventory aging, product slotting, and storage optimization.
- Collaborate with various teams on the disposal of slow-moving or damaged inventory.
- Ensure compliance with WMS processes and internal audit standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Finance.
- 4+ years of experience in inventory control and warehouse management in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems, ERP tools, and data analytics (Excel, SQL preferred).
- Demonstrated success in maintaining high inventory accuracy and shrinkage control.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and team leadership abilities.
