Position Overview: The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing stock management within the warehouse, from receiving goods to dispatching them to customers or returning them to vendors. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and leads a team of Inventory Supervisors to ensure efficient inventory processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end stock control and conduct daily and monthly cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to manage aging inventory through return-to-vendor actions or promotional sales.
- Optimize warehouse space and align inventory processes with best practices, ensuring FIFO execution.
- Prepare operational reports on stock levels and ensure compliance with inventory systems.
- Supervise and mentor Inventory Supervisors while collaborating with Inbound, Outbound, and Aftersales teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; project management certifications are a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in warehouse management or FMCG, with strong knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and fluent in English, French, and/or Arabic.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
