JUNIOR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (GERMAN-SPEAKER)
Part-time (30 hours/week), Fully Remote
Working Hours: CET - split between morning and afternoon

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport Coordination: Assist the operations team in managing car transport services efficiently within a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth interactions with drivers and compounds.
- Ad-Hoc Assistance: Provide support for various tasks to help the operations team as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with carriers, customers, and partners to maintain effective communication and workflow.
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of service throughout the process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English and French
- A desire to take on new challenges and grow within the organization
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone communication abilities; customer support or sales experience is a plus
- Strong multitasking skills and keen attention to detail
