Job Overview: The Last Mile Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of delivery operators to ensure efficient and accurate home delivery operations, while maintaining exceptional customer service and meeting performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise Last Mile Delivery Operators to guarantee timely delivery execution.
• Assign daily tasks and routes based on customer needs and workload.
• Ensure positive communication between drivers and customers during deliveries.
• Coach team members to enhance delivery productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor KPIs related to delivery success and take corrective measures as necessary.
• Promote safety practices within the delivery team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics or last-mile delivery with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in delivery tracking and route planning technologies.
• Must hold an NYSC Certificate or valid exemption.
• Candidate must reside in Port Harcourt.
