Logistics Network & Operations Manager

Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Network & Operations Manager to oversee sorting, reverse logistics, and freight operations within our supply chain. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, this role is pivotal in managing stock movements, optimizing transport costs, and ensuring efficient parcel delivery while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations across sorting centers, reverse logistics, and transport hubs to enhance delivery timelines.
• Monitor parcel backlogs and coordinate with dispatch agents and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
• Optimize shipping routes and freight costs to improve efficiency.
• Lead and train operational teams, ensuring security and administrative management.
• Implement process improvements and develop operational dashboards for logistics KPIs.
• Conduct field visits and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce environments.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with WMS or TMS is advantageous.
• Structured, adaptable, and results-driven.
