Role Overview

We are looking for a POS Technician responsible for the repair, support, and maintenance of Point of Sale (POS) systems and related devices. This role involves managing all POS terminals, including Linux, Android, Mpos, and Kiosk systems within our distribution network.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the hardware department to oversee the complete repair process.
  • Provide second-level support for hardware-related issues.
  • Coordinate Terminal Repair Centers across the network.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Technical expertise in repairing PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise Terminals.
  • Experience in agency banking is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong relationship-building and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Self-motivated with proactive initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and residing in Lagos State.
