Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated POS Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the repair, support, and maintenance of Point of Sale (POS) terminals and related devices, ensuring optimal functionality within our distribution network.
Main Responsibilities
As a POS Technician, your duties will include:
- Collaborating with the hardware department to oversee the complete repair process.
- Providing second-level support for hardware-related issues.
- Coordinating Terminal Repair Centers across our distribution network.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by your Line Manager.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a B.Sc./HND degree.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Technical skills to repair PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise Terminals.
- Familiarity with agency banking is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Self-motivation and initiative.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Fluency in English and residence in Osogbo.
