Role Overview
We are seeking a POS Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and support of Point of Sales (POS) devices within our distribution network. This role involves managing POS terminals, including Linux, Android, Mpos, and Kiosk systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the hardware department to oversee the entire repair process.
- Provide second-level support for hardware issues.
- Coordinate and manage Terminal Repair Centers across our network.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Technical expertise in repairing PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals.
- Experience in agency banking is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and based in Lagos State.
