Role Overview
We are seeking a POS Technician responsible for the repair, support, and maintenance of Point of Sale (POS) systems and related devices. This role involves maintaining and providing support for various POS terminals, including Linux and Android devices, Mpos, and kiosks throughout our distribution network.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the hardware department to oversee the complete repair process.
• Deliver second-level support for hardware issues.
• Coordinate and manage Terminal Repair Centers across our network.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in English.
• Technical expertise in repairing PAX, Aisino, Smartpeck, and Topwise terminals.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with initiative.
• Strong relationship-building and emotional intelligence skills.
• Experience in agency banking is a plus.
• Must reside in Gombe State.
