Position Summary

The Recovery Manager will strategically oversee all loan recovery initiatives, ensuring timely collection of overdue loans, minimizing non-performing loan ratios, and enforcing credit policies in accordance with CBN regulations and ethical standards. This role leads a nationwide/regional team of field recovery personnel and third-party agents, focusing on productivity, compliance, and operational excellence.
