We are seeking a dedicated Stock Controller to become a vital part of our Retail team as we expand our efforts in promoting digital and financial inclusion across various markets.

Role Overview: As a Stock Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory management. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing stock allocation, reconciliation, and returns while ensuring that our inventory remains precise and well-documented. You will also serve as a primary point of contact for product troubleshooting and warranty repairs, facilitating effective communication between customers, sales, and the warehouse.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage stock allocation and conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Oversee inventory movement and maintain depot standards reflecting M-KOPA's operational culture.
- Troubleshoot product issues and coordinate warranty repairs while producing daily stock reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in stock management or customer-facing operations, preferably in retail or logistics.
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze stock data effectively.
- A diploma or degree in a relevant field, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
