Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to enhance our outreach and customer acquisition in key sectors such as Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Renewable Energy, and Home Services. This pivotal role involves driving sales through outbound engagement, establishing connections with potential clients, and initiating qualified sales conversations.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, making 80-100 calls daily.
- Utilize account-based marketing strategies to reach decision-makers.
- Personalize outreach based on industry insights and market data.
- Collaborate with teams to improve go-to-market strategies and transition leads to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in our CRM system.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales or business development experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
