Role Overview
The Business Relationship Manager is tasked with driving business expansion by enhancing our merchant network and fostering beneficial customer relationships, while offering financial solutions that cater to local business requirements. This position involves comprehensive merchant acquisition, deployment of terminals, and client retention within designated commercial territories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential merchants through field visits, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Educate business owners about Moniepoint's offerings, aligning solutions with their growth objectives.
  • Meet and surpass monthly targets for merchant onboarding and terminal installations.
  • Manage the complete onboarding process, ensuring compliance with KYC and operational procedures.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with merchants to boost account activity.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating complex matters when necessary.
  • Collect market intelligence to provide insights for strategic growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and submit regular performance reports.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or HND/OND with 2-4 years of sales experience in relevant industries. A proven track record in client acquisition and a strong grasp of the financial services landscape is essential.
