Commercial Team Overview
The commercial team at Capi is essential in addressing cross-border payment challenges for ambitious businesses in Africa. We collaborate with finance leaders to improve international payment processes, focusing on market knowledge and operational excellence.

Position Summary
We seek an outstanding Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead the acquisition of key strategic clients in Côte d’Ivoire and surrounding areas. This role involves building relationships with large corporations, multinational firms, and businesses with substantial international payment volumes. You will manage the complete sales process, engaging senior executives and facilitating complex negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire high-value corporate clients with significant international payment needs.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Lead complex sales cycles and create compelling business proposals.
• Grow long-term partnerships and increase transaction volumes.
• Represent Capi at industry events and gather market insights.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise sales or financial services.
• Proven success in acquiring large corporate accounts.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
