Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to oversee the success of our key enterprise clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with significant financial service providers. A consultative approach is essential to foster trust-based connections across your account portfolio. This full-time hybrid position requires three in-office days (Monday to Thursday) in the NYC area, with occasional travel for client meetings and team events. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to the area.

Main Responsibilities
In your first month, you will:

• Grasp Nova Credit's offerings and customer landscapes.
• Engage with prospects and start developing account strategies.
• Identify potential business growth opportunities.

Within your first quarter, you will:

• Master our product platform focusing on financial services.
• Build external relationships and lead business development initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to enhance customer acquisition and performance.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess over 8 years of experience in enterprise account management or related fields, with proven success in managing large financial services accounts. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $264,000 - $330,000, commensurate with experience. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as flexible PTO.
