Role Overview
We are in search of a motivated Commercial Team Lead to spearhead our growth initiatives and manage a high-performing sales team. This position combines direct business development with leadership responsibilities. You will cultivate strategic customer relationships while mentoring and expanding your team to meet ambitious growth goals. This hands-on role involves both office responsibilities and field visits to engage with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer acquisition and revenue growth in your market.
