Role Overview: As a key representative for Jumia, you will foster robust relationships with C-level executives and account managers of our leading brands and distributors. You will collaborate with our Country Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance revenue across your portfolio.
• Acquire high-potential brands and distributors to strengthen our offering.
• Identify monetization opportunities through Jumia’s advertising services.
• Work with marketing teams to create tailored promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Negotiate agreements with key accounts for sustainable partnerships.
• Stay informed on market trends and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in retail or the relevant category.
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
• A degree from a top-tier business or engineering school.
• Proven negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Fluency in English and proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
