Key Account Manager Overview: We are on the lookout for a committed Key Account Manager to strengthen partnerships with our key clients. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, promoting revenue growth, and enhancing our company’s reputation through outstanding service.

Main Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key accounts to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to ensure the timely provision of products and services that satisfy client needs.
• Identify growth and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Track market trends and provide insights for product innovation and development.
• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, including sales forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar B2B role.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data for business opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
