Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a driven Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining robust relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering growth through effective account management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts as the main contact.
• Assess client needs and deliver appropriate solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized account strategies.
• Track account performance and report on progress and challenges.
• Negotiate contracts to optimize profit and client contentment.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
