ROLE OVERVIEW: We are in search of an enthusiastic and adaptable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to bolster our healthcare-oriented sales team. This position is perfect for individuals at the beginning of their sales journey who excel at managing inbound inquiries, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings for senior sales professionals. Familiarity with healthcare services, medical products, or health technology is a valuable asset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential healthcare clients.
- Qualify leads according to specific criteria and direct opportunities accordingly.
- Organize appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Keep precise records of activities and leads in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure prompt engagement.
- Understand and communicate the company's healthcare value proposition.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales, customer support, or scheduling roles.
- Prior remote work experience and proficiency in collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Experience with US or UK clients.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Reliable internet and a suitable remote work environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in healthcare, medical services, or insurance.
- Familiarity with lead qualification processes.
