Job Description: FairMoney is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join its team. This role involves acquiring new merchants and driving revenue for our Transaction Finance division. You will be tasked with developing and executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to attract new merchants.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with merchants.
- Collaborate with internal teams for an enhanced customer experience.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or business development; experience in transaction finance is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
