Position Overview
We are looking for a commercially-focused and technically adept Technical Sales Lead to guide the design, sale, and delivery of payment solutions across our merchant network. This growth-oriented role will shape our engagement strategies for both current and potential merchants, leveraging Ozow’s capabilities to secure new business and enhance existing partnerships.
Main Responsibilities
- Merchant Solutions Strategy: Develop a targeted approach for engaging merchants, creating scalable and customized solutions.
- Solution Design & Delivery: Convert merchant requirements into actionable commercial and technical solutions, collaborating with Product and Engineering.
- Bank Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with banks and partners to support our solutions.
- Revenue Growth & Retention: Drive revenue from new and existing merchants while enhancing merchant retention.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with various teams to align market strategies and support product development.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field; post-graduate qualifications preferred.
- 8+ years in payments, fintech, or technology roles.
- Experience in designing solutions for large clients and managing partner relationships.
- Strong commercial and technical acumen.
